Independent from government influence, these organizations differ considerably in size, resources, organizational level, mission, form, and orientation; engaging in wide variety of Programmes ranging from humanitarian causes to economical endeavors. Funded by public and private charitable contributions; accountability, transparency and efficiency are critical in this sector. Although NGOs are not primarily for profit making; the profit generated as part of the mission, if managed well can help the organizations to grow. The compliance with the transparency requirement set forth by the new Constitution (Basic Law), which takes economic efficiency into consideration, is capable of furthering the public trust towards public institutions, and being the cornerstone of a comprehensive national anticorruption strategy, along with the proportionate elevation of the corporate burdens. Such welcome effects may well be optimized by setting the most important rules – such as the ones concerning the legal status, owners’ structure, functioning, management and registration of the transparent organizations – in an Act. In such an Act, the opportunity would present itself for differentiated treatment of certain groups of transparent organizations, in respect of, for instance, the existing transactions, and also future ones, the financial strength of the enterprise in question, furthermore the organizational specificities

Az Európai Parlament és a Tanács (EU) 2022/2041 irányelve (2022. október 19.) az Európai Unióban biztosítandó megfelelő minimálbérekről (a továbbiakban: irányelv, illetve minimálbér-irányelv) egy hosszabb jogalkotási folyamat eredménye, és szerves része annak az Európai Unióban zajló szociálpolitikai reformfolyamatnak, melynek egyik első lépése a Szociális Jogok Európai Pillérének 2017-es elfogadása volt. Az irányelvet ez év november 15-ig kell átültetnie a tagállamoknak. Nem csak ez az egyetlen oka ugyanakkor annak, hogy az idei év egyik meghatározó gazdaságpolitikai eseménye a minimálbérekkel kapcsolatos joganyag változása, melynek hosszabb távú következményei is lehetnek a hazai bérrendszer egészére. A tanulmány mindezek háttérét igyekszik megvilágítani; azzal, hogy a dolgozat címében feltett kérdésre próbál releváns válaszokkal szolgálni.

Women constitute almost half of the world’s population yet their empowerment and engagement in mainstream socio-economic and political domain need to be enhanced to achieve sustainable development of women and society as whole. Many non-government international and national organizations are struggling to achieve Sustainable Development Goal- 5 (SDG5) which is pertinent to sustainable empowerment of women, however, their strategies and interventions especially in developing countries have failed to the desired objective. Therefore, the objective of this research is examine the effectivity of NGOs project management strategies employed in developing countries particularly Pakistan and India to achieve sustainable women empowerment. To achieve the objective of the research both empirical and non-empirical data from Scopus and H-index scholarly research have been reviewed thoroughly. A conceptual framework is constructed by combining prevailing understanding of women empowerment in and NGOs perception of understanding the subject notion to highlight the gap in NGOs understanding and their intervention strategies in these countries for women empowerment. The present paper concludes that there are a profound limitations found in the NGO’s understanding of women empowerment concept which limit them to devise effective strategies to intervene in developing countries and carry out sustainable women empowerment. The present study reveals that there is a need to develop long-term and effective strategies to bring out systematic change in such societies. Therefore, the paper presents some policy recommendations for sustainable empowerment of women through sustainable strategies.

The Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Facility Improvement Tool (WASH FIT), developed by WHO and UNICEF, is a critical framework for enhancing WASH services in healthcare facilities, particularly in low-and middle-income countries. This tool focuses on water supply, sanitation, hygiene, management, and environmental cleaning, aiming to reduce healthcare-associated infections and improve patient outcomes. The implementation of WASH FIT fosters a culture of continuous improvement and accountability, crucial for meeting international WASH standards and achieving broader public health goals, including the Sustainable Development Goals. In Bangladesh, the study identifies significant disparities between rural and urban healthcare facilities. Rural areas often lack adequate infrastructure, reliable water supply, and trained professionals, exacerbated by logistical challenges. Urban facilities, despite better resources, face issues related to overcrowding, maintenance of sanitation infrastructure, and environmental challenges like pollution. Both settings share common problems, such as inadequate funding and governance inefficiencies. The study's objectives include evaluating these challenges, conducting a comparative analysis between rural and urban facilities, and exploring opportunities for improvement through community engagement, technological innovations, and policy reforms. The findings emphasize the need for tailored strategies to address the specific needs of different settings, highlighting potential government and NGO initiatives. The recommendations aim to provide a framework for sustainable improvements in WASH services, enhancing health outcomes and the quality of care across Bangladesh.

Abstract
This study explores the factors influencing the success and sustainability of donor-funded projects in Kenya’s coastal region. It aims to identify key determinants and develop strategies to enhance project outcomes. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research integrates quantitative analyses—hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression analysis—with qualitative insights from interviews, focus groups, and open-ended survey responses. The study reveals that community involvement, funding levels, and effective project management significantly impact project success and sustainability. Quantitative results demonstrate a strong positive correlation between community engagement and project success, as well as a significant effect of funding levels on sustainability. Qualitative findings highlight that extensive community participation and robust management practices contribute to successful project outcomes. Case studies from Kwale, Kilifi, and Mombasa illustrate real-world applications of these factors, showcasing both successes and challenges. The study concludes that donor-funded projects benefit from enhanced community involvement, adequate funding, and effective management. Recommendations include increasing community engagement, improving funding mechanisms, implementing best management practices, and incorporating beneficiary feedback to ensure long-term project sustainability. The findings provide valuable insights for improving the effectiveness of donor-funded projects and achieving lasting impact in Kenya’s coastal region.

This study tells about the establishment of non-govemmental organizations (NGOs) and the research activities we have conducted in Hajdu-Bihar county. The creation and foundation of a NGO used to be a rather simple process, however thanks to a new civil law, it has become a more complicated process. Basically,theHungarianlegalsystemallowsthefoundationofneworganisations freely. The right of association is the part of the constitutional right which gives authorisation for the creation of or connection to any organisations for purposes not prohibited by law. In order to establish an organisation, the local tribunal has to be notified. After registration the court has no capapcity to keep the organisations under permanent surveillance to make sure whether they are active. In our study we surveyed the head of NGOs by questionnaires. A total of 100 leaders completed the questionnaires and after evaluation, the result suggested that only about 60% of NGOs are currently active.

The demographic and managerial circumstances allow one to expect that Polish organisations, both business and nonprofit, will be facing organisational succession in the near future. The independent Polish state will be witnessing these processes for the first time since over 200 years. The presented paper addresses a research gap referring to succession in Polish nonprofit organisations. The design of the study was based on the theory and experience gained from family business literature and research. The aim of the study was to describe and analyse formal succession solutions included in the statutes of Polish foundations and to put the results into perspective, building on a theoretical family business background. The study was based on a qualitative analysis of documents from ten purposefully selected foundations operating in Poland. The study indicates that the documents of the analyzed foundations contained no formal solutions regarding succession. Other records referring to power transfer concerned emergency situations. The findings were correlated with the demographic and managerial circumstances facing the foundations. Possible directions for future research were indicated.

Il Covid-19 ha causato il più grande inconveniente della storia ai sistema educativi, ed ha esposto il suo grado di impreparazione per far fronte a una crisi di tale portata. La chiusura delle scuole è stata una risposta praticamente universale, ritenuta necessaria nella prima fase della pandemia. Nondimeno, questa mossa ha avuto gravi effetti negativi e ha aggravato diverse ingiustizie. I paesi del G20 devono ora affrontare due sfide. Devono rispondere a livello nazionale e, alcuni, come donatori DAC dell'OCSE. Questo policy brief suggerisce una pianificazione educativa, basata su misure sanitarie globali, sensibile alle crisi, con un forte focus verso l´ equità, al fine di garantire la continuità dell'istruzione. Inoltre, si suggeriscono azioni per i paesi del G20 e per i donatori, affinché ricostruiscano e sostengano la resilienza dei sistemi educativi, passando da una prima rapida risposta ad un recupero. La pandemia del COVID-19 ha causato la più grande interruzione dell'istruzione nella storia, colpendo una generazione intera. Al suo culmine, nel mese dell'aprile del 2020, più di 190 paesi hanno istituito c a livello nazionale, con la conseguenza che il 90% degli studenti del mondo (oltre 1,5 miliardi) rimanevano fuori dalla scuola e altri servizi educativi (UNESCO 2020a) 1 . Chiusure localizzate in sei paesi 2 lasciavano oltre 100 milioni di studenti senza lezioni presenziali. I paesi donatori dovrebbero, ulterorimente, tenere conto dei princìpi per quanto riguarda la cooperazione internazionale e l'assistenza nel campo dell'istruzione. La chiusura delle scuole in tutto il mondo è stata una risposta politica quasi universale, in quanto parte di un pacchetto di misure di emergenza ritenute necessarie nella prima fase della pandemia. Tuttavia, l´evidenza disponibile sull´impatto dell´interruzione dell´acceso all´istruzione in generale e durante l´emergenza (UNESCO 2018), insieme alle esperienze di chiusure di scuole durante il virus Ebola e la pandemia influenzale , indicano effetti negativi sia a breve che a lungo termine. Questi includono perdita di apprendimento, abbandono, abusi fisici e sessuali, violenza di genere, aumento delle gravidanze minorenni, aggravamento mentale e impatti psicosociali, sbocchi ridotti per il sostegno emotivo e relazioni tra pari. Inoltre, le scuole sono luoghi in cui vengono forniti altri servizi essenziali, come il cibo e nutrizione, l'assistenza sanitaria e psicosociale e la consulenza terapeutica e diagnostica. Il Programma Alimentare Mondiale (WFP 2020) stima che 352 milioni di bambini siano rimasti senza pasti a scuola a causa delle chiusure imposte dalla pandemia COVID-19 4 . Strategic planning, a key tool for NGOs, is explored in depth, considering its historical evolution and various strategic paradigms adopted for competitive advantage. The study specifically delves into the moderating roles of funding and work type in the relation between strategic planning and performance in Syrian NGOs in Türkiye. The research employs a structured questionnaire distributed to employees of NGOs operating in Türkiye, considering their diverse activities. The study hypothesises that funding and work type moderate the relationship between strategic planning and performance. The research model outlines these key variables, emphasising their interconnectedness and impact on the effectiveness of NGOs. While the findings reveal significant positive effects of strategic planning on goal orientation, structure orientation, and strategy orientation, the study also examines the moderating roles of the main field of activity and the main source of the budget on the impact of strategic planning on performance orientation. The results indicate that these factors play a crucial role in shaping the relationship between strategic planning and performance orientation.

This study analyzes data from a new Urban Health and Demographic Surveillance (UHDSS) in five slums in Dhaka (North and South) and Gazipur City Corporations to examine the relationship between migration status and maternal and child health service utilization. Migration status was determined by duration in urban slums (<= 9.99 years, 10-19.99 years, 20+ years, and urban-born). Compared to those born in the city, migrants were characterized by significant disadvantages in every maternal, neonatal, and child health (MNCH) indicator under study, including antenatal care, facility-based delivery, doctor-assisted delivery, child immunization, caesarean-section delivery, and use of modern contraceptives. We found that the level of service coverage among migrants gradually converged-but did not fully converge-to that of the urban-born with increasing duration in the city. We observed a strong positive association between wealth and total MNCH coverage, with a more modest association with higher levels of schooling attainment. Women who were engaged in market employment were less likely to receive adequate coverage, suggesting a tradeoff between livelihood attainment and motherand-child health. After controlling for these socioeconomic and neighborhood variations in coverage, the duration gradient was diminished but still significant. In line with existing studies of healthcare access, this study highlights the persistent and widespread burden of unequal access to maternal and child health care facing migrants to slum areas, even relative to the overall disadvantages experienced in informal settlements. Gender Equality Self-Assessment (GESA) was carried out for Plan Pakistan, which is part of Plan International, a global independent development and humanitarian organization working in over 70 countries. Plan is consciously striving to mainstream gender across the board for the pursuance of its core objectives. GESA is a tool and process for an organization used for identifying how gender issues are addressed in its programming and in its internal organizational processes. The goal of this GESA exercise was to establish a baseline of current knowledge, practices and performance in gender equality mainstreaming within Plan Pakistan. GESA was a global initiative carried out in over 15 countries by Plan International in year 2012-3. This work being among the best of the lot was showcased at an international conference in Thailand by the client.

A personal memory of Lester Salamon for his tribute webpage:
I was extremely lucky and privileged to meet Professor Lester M. Salamon during the 41st ARNOVA Meeting (2014) in Chicago. True to his style, he made a brilliant, sharp, complete, and concise intervention of less than 5 minutes to explain the (then) most recent great project on which he had embarked: “Philanthropication thru Privatization.” We realized that we could work on a case study of a major Spanish example of this phenomenon together and he really embarked me on this big project that is still going. For just a discreet local scholar studying the legal regime of foundations in various countries, as I was at the time I met him, the impression of his person, manners, and work has been indelibly recorded and confirmed in all and each of our professional meetings. It is the impression of those kind of persons who really leave their mark; now I will explain why.

Professor Salamon was many things, professionally and academically speaking. In all of them, he stood out for his good work, his depth, and a simplicity that only great minds are capable of conveying to the reader. His scientific achievements, his doctrinal path, either as a direct author or as an intellectual promoter, are well known, so it does not really seem necessary to recall them. If we resort to the maxim "by their fruits ye shall know them," the legacy that Professor Salamon has left us is enormous, deep, and lasting, in the sense that it will be difficult—if not impossible—to live up to it, or to even get close to him. His capacity and intellectual drive were formidable, and many others can surely continue in the study of the ‘third sector’ thanks, precisely, to standing “on the shoulders of a giant” as he was, absolutely.

But for all of us who knew him personally, and were directed in one way or another by him, Professor Salamon was “our dear Lester." A personable, affectionate, close, attentive person. Someone who was able to foster and demand of his researchers, in a measured manner and with doses of empathy, closeness, and an ability to understand the other. A person who earned people’s love because he did so in advance. He loved what he did and he also had a great deal of affection for those who worked with him. He helped, guided, and coordinated us, and helped us improve the intellectual analysis we made by ourselves. This, and no other reason, is why he was able to complete so many universal research projects, conducted with and through people of all nations, cultures, and identities.

He was very clear about things and saw the true essence of the aspects he was analyzing, without getting lost in the twists and turns of an excessive academic and baroque intellectualism, attuned to the core of issues he and his study collaborators analyzed. All of these “Research Projects” were rigorous university studies that were often quoted or had links all over the world, and at the same time, profoundly practical and operational endeavors, that have served to improve things for many institutions and countries.

Although I did not know him in that facet, I am sure that he was also a committed, trustworthy, and honorable public servant, strongly committed to the common good of his country and of the human race in its entirety.

What I was able to observe, and was specifically impressed by, was his keen capacity for observation and understanding of realities outside his own, and his enormous ability to question the "common practices and places"—not always correct ones—of other institutional cultures. This was helped a lot not only by his recognized intellectual qualities but above all by his empathy and kindness in doing so.

So, Lester, a great man, a huge intellectual, a fine person capable of joining forces and manifesting himself not with words but with deeds, in the sense that we are all human beings in a common world, in which he manifested his best side. The only thing that helps us overcome the sadness of his personal loss is the enormity of his legacy. Shalom forever, and thank you with all the truths of my soul, Lester. Thank you, Lynda, whom I accompany with all my heart.

P.S. Lester, a personal and affectionate last word. Everything I have just taken many lines to write, you would have asked me to write it in less than half. I was never able to do it despite your insistence, but I think that every line written about you is well deserved.

Energy consumption has become a primary concern in design and operation of wireless communication networks due to two main reasons-Environmental concerns and Cost. The next generation network systems will have to consider energy efficient designs in any aspect. The 5G network which is most awaited today though proposes better data rates but also speaks about energy efficiency in its agenda.

Kavramsal olarak genç sözcüğü farklı anlamlara gelmektedir. Yaygın kanaatle bireylerin 15 ile 25 yaş aralığını kapsayan gençlik dönemi aynı zamanda bireyin kendini tanıma, kişisel olarak kendini gerçekleştirme aşaması olarak da görülebilir. Gençlerin tutum ve davranışlarının onların çevre algısında önemli etkenlerden biri olduğu da bir gerçektir. Ayrıca yeni toplumsal şartlar gençleri etkilemekte ve onların tutum ve davranışlarında önemli etkiler bırakmaktadır. Bu yönüyle gençlerde örneğin din, ahlak ve kültürel değerlerin edinilmesi isteniyorsa yeni şartlara uygun yaklaşımlar geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu nedenle gençleri tanımak ve kurumların buna göre planlamalarını yapması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Dolayısıyla çalışmamız Z kuşağı olarak adlandırılan gençlerin kendilerini nasıl tanımladıklarını, hayattan beklentilerini, mevcut kültürel yaşam ile çevrenin kendilerini yetiştirme konusundaki etkisi/katkısı hakkındaki düşüncelerini Bursa ili örneği göz önünde bulundurularak tespit etmeyi amaçlamıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi uygulanmış ve araştırma 2018-2019 yılında Uludağ Üniversitesi'nin çeşitli fakültelerinde öğrenim görmekte olan 40 öğrenciye yöneltilen sorularla gerçekleştirilmiştir. "Genç, 15-25 yaşları arasında, öğrenim gören, hayatını kazanmak için çalışmayan ve ayrı bir evi bulunmayan kişidir." (Yörükoğlu, 1986;3.) Bu dönem bireyin kendisini tanıma ve dünyayı anlamlandırma süreci olduğu için bazı kimlik ve uyum problemleri yaşanabilmektedir. Dolayısıyla gençlik de dünyayı ve hayatı anlamlandırmada kullanılan pek çok kavram gibi, belirli bir tarihsel döneme ait yapay, dolayısıyla sürekli olarak yeniden tanımlanma ihtiyacında olan bir kavram olarak anlam kazanmaktadır. (Sekam,2016:9) Gençlik, modern dönemlere ait bir olgu olarak karşımıza çıkmasına karşılık, İslâm'da, başlangıçtan itibaren, gençliğin başlı başına bir halin/dönemin ismi olarak anlam kazandığını görüyoruz. Örneğin, ahirette hesaba çekilecek durumlardan birisinin "gençliğin nerede tüketildiği" (Tirmizi, Kıyame 1) konusu olması önemli ve anlamlıdır. Ebeveynlerin ve toplumdaki diğer unsurların bu tutumu hem dinin hem de kültürel öğretilerinin aksine her şartta önde olma, gerekirse diğerlerini ezme, öz menfaatini birinci plana alma vb. davranışları öne çıkarmaktadır. Günümüzde kültürel etkileşim büyük oranda artmıştır. Bir yandan küresel çapta benzeşme olurken bir yanda yerel kültürleri de daha iyi tanıma imkânı da artmıştır. Zencirkıran'a göre gelecekte de kültürel etkileşim daha da artacaktır.(Zencirkıran,2015:437) Yeni toplumsal şartlar gençleri de etkilemektedir. Din, ahlak ve kültürel değerlerin edinilmesi isteniyorsa yeni şartlara uygun yaklaşımlar geliştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Her kurumun buna uygun şekilde kendine çeki düzen vermesi gerekir. Bu nedenle gençleri tanımak ve kurumların buna göre planlamalarını yapması büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı z kuşağı olarak adlandırılan gençlerin kendilerini nasıl tanımladıkalrını hayattan bekledtilerini, mevcut kültürel yaşam ile ve çevrenin kendilerini yetiştirme konusundaki etkisi/katkısı hakkındaki düşüncelerini tespit edebilmektir. Çalışmamız 2018-2019 yılında uludağ ünv nin çeşitli fakültelerinde öğrenim görmekte olan 40 öğrenci ile yapılmıştır.

The purpose of the study was to establish the influence of boards of management’s partnership with non-governmental organizations on the provision of quality education in Kajiado West Sub-County. The study employed a descriptive survey design since the data to be collected required a quantitative and qualitative approach. The study targeted 42 public secondary schools in Kajiado County. Sixteen schools (16) were randomly selected from a pool of 42 schools in Kajiado County. Census technique was used to select 16 principals from selected schools. Further, simple random sampling technique was used to select a sample of 108 BoM from a total of 272 Board of Management members. Result findings showed that partnering with Non-governmental Organizations influences provision of quality education. Based on research finding was also concluded that BoM partnership with Non-governmental Organizations influences provision of quality education.

Taking a management perspective in the field of philanthropy, this study examines 12 Australian major performing arts organizations over 19 years (2000-2018), which were identified as vulnerable and struggling with overreliance on public grants. Underpinned by theories that integrate understandings of external and internal resource management-resource dependence theory and the resource-based view-we uncover insights into what drives the increase in their philanthropic income. Using data from 228 annual reports and interviews, we present an original taxonomy that identifies organization-donor relationships and organizational efforts in nurturing philanthropy. We uncovered the interplays between donor engagement and positioning philanthropic staff in terms of organizational structure. Longitudinal financial and narrative data demonstrate that external resource management through donor engagement and internal resource management through organization structure emphasizing philanthropy have a significant impact on the growth of organizational philanthropic income.

Az elemzés tárgyát képező intézmény a Péterfy Kórház-Rendelőintézet és Manninger Jenő Országos Traumatológiai Intézet. Azért erre a kórházra esett a választás, hogy a helyzete elemzés-re kerüljön, mert korábban készítettem róla egy csődmodell vizsgálattal egybekötött tanulmányt. A korábbi adatokból felállított előrejelzések, következtetések bekövetkezését is tudom vizsgálni az által, hogy a korábbi kutatást folytatom, illetve így nagyobb időszakot tud felölelni a mostani analízis, így még pontosabb kép kapható a jövőre nézve az intézmény tekintetében.A mérleg adatok vizsgálata a 2014-2019. évek adataival zajlik, ennek az oka, hogy a 2014. évben változott a költségvetési beszámoló formátuma, sorai, így a beszámolók a korábbi évek-kel való összehasonlítása átalakítással lenne lehetséges, viszont a terjedelmi korlátok miatt jelen tanulmányban, ezt nem valósítom meg. After the change of the previous regime, methodological and practical expectations of organizational development increased. It is highly valid for the case of civic organizations, the operation and activity of which highly influence the activity of the modern state itself. In this article we have considered diverse aspects. First, after working on municipality level organizational developement, we also have covered the topics of the civilians. In 2009, we have participated in a research-financed by Magyary Zoltán Higher Education Foundation-aiming to analyze the managerial conditions of civic organizations of Hajdú-Bihar county. We have also considered focused central programs (such as TÁMOP 5.3.3), in the framework of which many civic organizations have participated in local organizational development programs. Based on prime and secondary researches, beside framing a status quo we also want to deal with the future and methodologic solutions of organizational development of civic organizations.

A 2016-os évben jelentős változások következtek be Magyarországon a számviteli beszámolás területén. Ezek a változások minden aktív számviteli szakember munkájára hatással vannak. Eğitim üzerine konuşmak, dolayısıyla pek çok şey üzerine konuşmaktır. Bu önemli husus göz ardı edilince, ülkemizde, hatta pek çok ülkede eğitim söz konusu olunca önemli bir hataya düşülmektedir. Genellikle meseleye şöyle bakılır: Eğitim her şeydir. Ona sahip olmakla insana, topluma, düzene, toplumsal problemlere ait pek çok hususun düzeltilebileceğine inanılır. This study aimed to understand the impact of forced eviction on the livelihoods of street vendors in Dhaka City, the capital of Bangladesh. Using a mixed-method approach, the study collected quantitative data via a structured interview schedule and qualitative data via in-depth case studies and participant observation. It was found that poor people chose street vending as a profession because of their low skill set, scarcity of employment in the countryside, ease of access, and low venture capital requirements. While daily income could be a catalyst for edging out poverty, frequent evictions against them exacerbate misery. An eviction can result in a vendor losing one (1) month's income, causing them to become indebted in order to support their family. Furthermore, physical assault, verbal abuse, and psychological shocks have made them so vulnerable that their overall standard of living has been forced to deteriorate. Rehabilitating to a more appropriate location is the most recommended way to avoid this state-imposed violence against the poorest. This study has significant implications for ensuring decent work for all in order to achieve the global commitment to sustainable development goals.

An experiment was conducted to survey the prevalence of disease incidence and severity of Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV) at eight locations of four districts in Bangladesh. Papaya is one of the most popular fruits in the world. It suffers from several diseases including fungi, bacteria, nematodes and viruses. Among them, viral diseases are found to cause considerable yield loss, with the most important one being PRSV. The survey was conducted at three plain districts and one hill tract area from July 2016 to December 2016. During the survey period, six different symptoms were found in the selected fields and were identified as PRSV based on symptomology. These symptoms were mild mosaic (MM), mosaic (MO), severe mosaic (SM), fern leaf (FL), leaf distortion (LD) and vein clearing (VC). The highest disease incidence (36.24%) was found in BSMRAU farm in Gazipur whereas the lowest (12.04%) was found in Panchari, Khagrachari hill tract. The maximum severity (11.53%) was found in BSMRAU campus, Gazipur on the country and the lowest severity (2.50%) was found in Panchari, Khagrachari hill tract. The yield and yield contributing parameters of papaya found to be differ significantly among the surveyed area. The lowest fruit weight (324.3 gm) due to PRSV infection was recorded in BSMRAU, Gazipur while the highest fruit weight (643.6 gm) was conducted in SAU Campus, Dhaka.

The study sought to establish the inefficacy of non-governmental organizations in the Kenyan economy with a focus on Turkana County. Data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. The study found that NGOs have not been effective in promoting economic growth and development in Turkana County. The study recommends that the government of Kenya should review the legal and policy framework governing the operations of NGOs in the country. The purpose of this study was to establish the inefficacy of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Kenyan economy with a specific focus on Turkana County. The study was guided by the following objectives; to examine the activities of Non-Governmental Organizations in Turkana County, to establish the challenges experienced by Non-Governmental Organizations in Turkana County, and to suggest possible ways of addressing the inefficacy of Non-Governmental Organizations in the Kenyan economy. The study adopted a case study research design. The target population for the study was employees of Non-Governmental Organizations in Turkana County. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews and then analyzed using descriptive statistics. The findings of the study revealed that Non-Governmental Organizations in Turkana County are not effective in their operations due to a number of challenges including insecurity, lack of funding, and limited access to essential services. The study recommends that the government of Kenya should put in place measures to improve the security situation in Turkana County and provide financial support to Non-Governmental Organizations operating in the county.

Nos ez az évfolyamdolgozat pottosan erre a kérdésre is választ keres, illetve arra, hogy vajon miért nem jelenik meg ténylegesen a jogalkalmazói körökben a felszámoló büntetőjogi felelőssége, kizárólag az adós szervezet vezetőjét kényszeríti térdre a törvény.  A dolgozatban a felszámolónak és az adós szervezet vezető tisztségviselőjének jogainak, kötelezettségeinek összehasonlító bemutatásán keresztül - ugyanezen módszertan alkalmazásával - a büntetőjogi felelősségrevonhatóság felé vezet az elemzésem útja.

Charity donations belong among the most common areas in which companies invest in terms of socially responsible behaviour. However, some critics point out that responsible companies should primarily behave in a way that does not endanger their core business. Regardless, CSR has become a global theme, both academically and in practice, and a broad concept that addresses economic, environmental, and social dimensions of entrepreneurship. The environmental and social issues were dominant in the concept of sustainable business and CSR practices but recently, a lot of the discussion has targeted the companies&#39; responsibility to pay taxes. Indeed, taxation is not a new dimension and, instead, should be seen as part of economic responsibility, as paying taxes into public finances is inherently part of how businesses contribute to society. In my thesis, the present and future of bankruptcy and liquidation and the future of insolvency, I seek to answer the question of whether the current Hungarian reform measures in the current legal framework should go as far as the need for a new law, and and, if so, whether it is necessary to take into account and incorporate into the legislation the legal
of other countries and their procedural peculiarities? To what extent does the legislative environment support or hinder
economic entities in liquidation from entering into active economic life to return to active economic activity? Should it be supported at all or should there be a place for insolvency code that only provides for the dissolution without legal successor
regulating the law of ineffectiveness of natural and legal persons?

The subject of my thesis is a cry for help. I chose it in order to be able to give a voice to jurisprudence in a proper scientific treatise, so that we are not the ones who create a final state of affairs beyond which there is no lower, and below which there is only endless confusion, systemically alien wasteland of insolvency law embedded in economic law.
