This paper presents a historical overview of the Tuckman model describing the stages of group development. Created by Bruce W. Tuckman in 1965 and revised by Tuckman and Mary Ann Conover Jensen in 1977, the model presents the wellknown stages of forming, storming, norming, performing, and adjourning. This model has a unique history in that it was initially popular among HRD practitioners and later became common in academic literature as well. Its significance was a reflection of its time, responding both to the growing importance of groups in the workplace and to the lack of applicable research. This paper uses a literature review to trace the history of the model in terms of field practice and academic research.

Abstrak: Asam salisilat merupakan bahan keratolitik tertua. Selain memiliki efek keratolitik, bahan ini juga memiliki efek keratoplastik, anti-pruritus, anti-inflamasi, analgetik, bakteriostatik, fungistatik, dan tabir surya. Asam salisilat telah teruji dalam terapi berbagai penyakit kulit dengan manifestasi hiperkeratosis. Selain itu, asam salisilat merupakan terapi tambahan pada dermatomikosis superfisialis, moluskum kontagiosum, akne, dan kerusakan kulit akibat sinar matahari. Meskipun secara umum penggunaan asam salisilat topikal aman, bahan ini dapat diabsorbsi melalui kulit dan menimbulkan toksisitas. Hal tersebut jarang terjadi, namun berpotensi menimbulkan komplikasi serius. Makalah ini membahas sifat kimia, mekanisme kerja, penggunaan klinis, efek samping, toksisitas akibat absorbsi perkutan, dan kontraindikasi asam salisilat dalam bidang dermatologi. Besides its keratolytic properties, salicylic acid also has keratoplastic, anti-pruritic, anti-inflammatory, analgetic, bacteriostatic, fungistatic, and photo-protective effects. It is a well-established treatment for many dermatologic conditions, manifest as hyperkeratosis, and can be used as an additional therapy for superficial dematomycosis, moluscum contagiosum, acne, and photo-damaged skin. In general, topical salicylic acid is safe, but it is readily absorbed from the skin. Toxicity from percutaneous absorption is rare but serious complications have been reported. This paper reviewed its chemistry, mechanism of action, clinical usage, side effect, percutaneous toxicity and contraindication in dermatotherapy. J Indon Med Assoc. 2012;62:277-84.

These notes were prepared for the first semester of a year-long mathematical methods course for begining graduate students in physics. The emphasis is on linear operators and stresses the analogy between such operators acting on function spaces and matrices acting on finite dimensional spaces. The operator language then provides a unified framework for investigating ordinary and partial differential equations, and integral equations.

Física de la música, en líneas generales, busca extender las ventajas epistemológicas de la física, como disciplina científica, para la comprensión de la música. Este trabajo propone un sistema de conocimiento, de estructuras perceptivas que superen las limitantes subjetivas y culturales, y que permita una comprensión “objetiva” del complejo fenómeno musical. Estas estructuras son mostradas en distintos casos del análisis de partituras y sistemas musicales, respecto a la música popular y también la improvisación como se ha desarrollado en conectivos de creatividad y técnicas creativas. La estructuración perceptiva es discutida en contextos históricos, en los sistemas musicales académicos, en disertaciones adicionales sobre música contemporánea, música nativa, música popular, educación musical, sociología e ideología de la música con aportes de conocidos autores en los temas. Finalmente se hace una disertación este trabajo como postura epistemológica fisicalista, demostrando cierto paralelismo en los procederes y acuerdos con los postulados de esta ciencia. Music Physics, in general terms, seeks to extend the epistemological advantages of physics, as a scientific discipline, for the understanding of music. This work proposes a system of knowledge, of perceptual structures that overcome subjective and cultural limitations, and that allow an “objective” understanding of the complex musical phenomenon. These structures are shown in different cases of the analysis of scores and musical systems, with respect to popular music and also improvisation as it has developed in connectives of creativity and creative techniques. Perceptual structuring is discussed in historical contexts, in academic music systems, in additional dissertations on contemporary music, native music, popular music, music education, sociology and ideology of music with contributions from well-known authors on the topics. Finally, a dissertation is made of this work as a physicalist epistemological position, demonstrating a certain parallelism in the procedures and agreements with the postulates of this science. Since Einstein died in 1955, very few theoretical scientists have tried to complete his work because the pendulum of history has swung toward favoring field theories based on the quantum for the expected unification of physics. Nearly everyone now believes that the quantum (discrete point) and relativity (continuity) are incompatible and the quantum is more fundamental than relativity and continuity, so those who have sought unification have looked for new and unique quantum approaches to accomplish unification. However, the truth is that the quantum and relativity are not incompatible and the traditional differences between the two–discreteness and continuity, indeterminism and determinism–are just the outward appearances of an even deeper fundamental problem–geometric point and extension–that when solved renders relativity and the quantum completely compatible. This deeper problem is even more significant because Riemann knew of and failed to consider and even purposely ignored the problem of point-elements and based his differential geometry of surfaces on metric-elements alone. Therefore, expanding the Riemannian geometry to include point-elements, which can be interpreted as discrete points for the quantum, forms a fundamental enough foundation for developing a unified field theory.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara regulasi emosi dan religiusitas dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying pada remaja. Responden adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Yogyakarta (N=84). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan skala sebagai alat pengumpul data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi ganda. Koefisien korelasi antara regulasi emosi dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying menunjukkan rxy = -0,300 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,003 (p < 0,01). Koefisien korelasi antara religiusitas dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying menunjukkan rxy = -0, 228 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,019 (p < 0,05). sumbangan efektif regulasi emosi terhadap kecenderungan perilaku bullying adalah sebesar 6,34% sedangkan sumbangan religiusitas terhadap kecenderungan perilaku bullying sebesar 5,46%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan negatif signifikan antara regulasi emosi dan religiusitas dengan kecenderungan perilaku bullying.
